Periodically, Lutheran Homes Society will initiate a capital or comprehensive campaign to raise substantial charitable gifts in support of significant capital projects, including renovation of existing facilities or construction of new facilities; needed programs and services for our children, youth, and elderly; and the general endowment. These campaigns are undertaken over a 3-7 year period and are meant to sustain the mission and grow the ministries in underserved areas of critical and ongoing need.
