Assisted Living means living in private apartments with assistance available when you need it. Assistance means help with specific daily living tasks to maintain a more independent lifestyle or help for those who need to scale down responsibility of taking care of a large home or property.
Alpine Village consists of 40 independent living apartments. Thirty-six of these apartments are studios and four of these units contain one bedroom. Each apartment features a large, handicap accessible bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Our assisted living programs are flexible and begin with a broad-based standard service package with the option to add services when and if needed.

Alpine Village features 40 private apartments, designed especially for older adults who appreciate the amenities and services that make day-to-day living easier and more enjoyable. Four apartments are spacious one-bedroom units. The remaining 36 apartments are efficiency studio designs, ideal for single residents. All apartments are large enough for comfortable living and yet small enough to easily maintain.

Each apartment can be individually decorated by residents with their own furnishings to add the personal touch of home. Each apartment provides these standard features and amenities:

The Basics of Daily Living
Alpine Village residents can choose from a wide range of services to make daily living comfortable and safe.

Three Levels of Care
Alpine Village Assisted Living Apartments join the Independent Villas of Bavarian Village and the Extended Care Center of Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a component in the concept of Continuing Care on the Napoleon campus.
The Assisted Living apartments offer a warm and inviting environment where older adults can maintain a high degree of independence and still get extra help with everyday tasks when needed.
