About Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek
Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek perpetuates the tradition of faith and trust, the established hallmarks of Lutheran Homes
Society, and offers the distinct advantage of total health care in partnership with one of the area's leading health care providers - St. Luke's Hospital.
Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek represents a new dimension and direction in retirement living. Not an institution, Lutheran Village is a neighborhood...a community where residents can add life to their years. Our retirement community includes an extended care center with 135 private rooms on two levels, 79 assisted living apartments in a three-story structure, and 80 independent living residences.
Pineview Extended Care Center
Founded on the fundamental reputation of Lutheran Homes Society for providing the highest quality care, Lutheran Village's Extended Care Center is fully staffed 24-hours a day with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nurse aides.
Residents enjoy nutritious, homemade meals prepared by our executive chef and served in one of two beautiful spacious dining rooms overlooking a landscaped terrace and wooded ravine. The complete medical services of St. Luke's Hospital are available to all Lutheran Village residents including physical, speech and occupational therapies - on site as well as on an outpatient basis at St. Luke's. Additionally, St. Luke's provides diagnostic services and laboratory services as well as in-service training to our staff.
Total health care and wellness programs provided by our staff and supported by the resources of St. Luke's Hospital set Lutheran Village's Extended Care Center apart - the ultimate choice in comprehensive extended care.

Therapy Services
The Wolf Creek campus also offers short-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. Inpatient and outpatient therapy is offered at the campus in two therapy gyms. The goal of the therapy program is to provide rehab to residents of the campus as well as to individuals in the community, thus enhancing their ability to function in their daily lives. The multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals will evaluate the needs of every patient and plan an individualized program designed to restore function, reduce pain, prevent further injury, and improve quality of life. Rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapies and other specialized modalities.
The Wolf Creek campus accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most major insurance plans.
Forestview Assisted Living
