Luther Crest is an attractive, affordable senior apartment community for persons age 62 and over. It offers a beautiful setting along with a caring staff.
Luther Crest is managed by Lutheran Housing Services, which has a noble history of providing seniors a home-like environment and offering services that enable residents to remain independent. Following are some of the amenities provided:

Social Services
Lutheran Housing Services is committed to helping residents maintain their independence. A Service Coordinator is on site to assist residents in procuring meals, home health care, housekeeping, etc. -- all which help in maintaining one's independence.
Transportation
Transportation is provided for local shopping and banking as well as occasional enrichment programs.
Programs
Opportunities are provided for recreational and religious programs, social events, outings and daily peer contact. A respect for privacy, and a calm residential setting are also important aspects of living at Luther Crest.
Rent
Residents pay thirty percent of adjusted gross income. A minimum of $25 per month is required. All utilities except telephone and cable are included in rent.
Eligibility
Because Lutheran Housing develops communities under special financing arrangements aimed at encouraging housing opportunities for the elderly, an income limit is required. Occupants must be under the following gross income limits:

$20,600 gross annual, single person*

$23,550 gross annual, couple*
*subject to change per federal regulations
Income from all sources must be verified as part of the initial certification process. Annual recertification is also required. All information acquired is kept confidential.
