Luther Haus is an attractive, affordable senior apartment community for persons age 62 and over. It offers a beautiful setting along with a caring staff.

 

Luther Haus is managed by Lutheran Housing Services, which has a noble history of providing seniors a home-like environment and offering services that enable residents to remain independent. Following are some of the amenities provided:

Maintenance Services

Exterior Maintenance - lawn care, snow and trash removal

Interior Maintenance - general repairs to    include mechanical systems: heating, plumbing and air conditioning

 

Social Services

Lutheran Housing Services is committed to helping residents maintain their independence. A Social Service Coordinator is on site to assist residents in procuring meals, home health care, housekeeping, etc. -- all which help in maintaining one’s independence.

 

Transportation

Transportation is available through local senior transportation services.

 

Programs

Opportunities are provided for recreational and religious programs, social events, outings and daily peer contact. A respect for privacy, and a calm residential setting are also important aspects of living at Luther Haus.

  

Rent

 

Rent for a one bedroom will be $576 per month, including gas, heat, electric, water and sewer. Rent for a two bedroom is $691. A deposit will be required at the time of move-in.

Eligibility

 

Because Lutheran Housing develops communities under special financing arrangements aimed at encouraging housing opportunities for the elderly, an income ceiling limit is required. Occupants income must be under the following limits:

•  $29,340 gross annual, single person*
• $33,540 gross annual, couple*

*subject to change per federal regulations

 

Income from all sources must be verified as part of the initial certifications process.  All information acquired is kept confidential.
