Luther Haus is an attractive, affordable senior apartment community for persons age 62 and over. It offers a beautiful setting along with a caring staff.
Luther Haus is managed by LHS Housing Services, which has a noble history of providing seniors a home-like environment and offering services that enable residents to remain independent. Following are some of the amenities provided:

LHS Housing Services is committed to helping residents maintain their independence. A Social Service Coordinator is on site to assist residents in procuring services such as meals, home health care, and housekeeping -- all which help in maintaining one’s independence.

Transportation is available through local senior transportation services.

Rent
Rent for a one bedroom will be $590 per month, including gas, heat, electric, water and sewer. Rent for a two bedroom is $708. A deposit will be required at the time of move-in.

Eligibility
Because LHS Housing Services develops communities under special financing arrangements aimed at encouraging housing opportunities for the elderly, an income ceiling limit is required. Occupants' income must be under the following limits:
