Luther Oaks is an attractive, affordable senior apartment community for persons age 62 and over. It offers a beautiful setting along with a caring staff.
Luther Oaks is managed by Lutheran Housing Services, which has a noble history of providing seniors a home-like environment and offering services that enable residents to remain independent. Following are some of the amenities provided:

Lutheran Housing Services is committed to helping residents maintain their independence. A Service Coordinator is on site to assist residents in procuring meals, home health care, housekeeping, etc. -- all which help in maintaining one’s independence.
Transportation
Transportation is available through local senior transportation services.
Programs
Opportunities are provided for recreational and religious programs, social events, outings and daily peer contact. A respect for privacy, and a calm residential setting are also important aspects of living at Luther Oaks.
Rent

Residents pay thirty percent of adjusted gross income. A minimum of $25 per month is required. All utilities except telephone and cable are included in rent.

Eligibility
Because Lutheran Housing develops communities under special financing arrangements aimed at encouraging housing opportunities for the elderly, an income ceiling limit is required. Occupants must be under the following gross income limits:
· $19,100 gross annual, single person*
· $21,850 gross annual, couple*
*subject to change per federal regulations
Income from all sources must be verified as part of the initial certifications process. Annual recertification is also required. All information acquired is kept confidential.
