Lutheran Homes Society is an organization committed to operating in a legal and ethical manner. It is essential that each and every one of us continue to pledge ourselves to complying with all applicable laws and regulations and to achieving the highest ethical and professional standards.
As a part of Lutheran Homes Society's commitment to ethical practices and in order to assure regulatory compliance and achieve the highest standards, an Organizational Integrity Program (OIP) has been developed. The OIP applies to all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers – essentially, everyone in any way associated with this organization. The program monitors the legal and ethical standards that govern Lutheran Homes Society's business activities. Through established Standards of Conduct, the OIP provides guidance to employees in reaching legal and ethical solutions to the challenges they face in their daily activities. The OIP also supports all employees and volunteers with resources to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as provides a confidential means to report areas of concern.
Lutheran Homes Society's longstanding commitment to operating legally and ethically is reflected in the personal integrity of any person representing our organization. Employees and volunteers who wish to know more about the Organizational Integrity Program are encouraged to contact their immediate supervisors or Julie Kurtz, Compliance Officer, at (419) 861-5504.
