The Center is housed in a building separate and distinct from the existing, traditional long-term nursing care facility on the same campus.

The multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals will evaluate the needs of every patient and plan an individualized program designed to restore function, reduce pain, prevent further injury, and improve quality of life.

Patients recovering from surgery, a fall, or other physical ailment can count on our therapy program for thorough, quality care. Our goal is to enhance patients’ ability to function in their daily lives.

Nursing Care

When individuals require inpatient therapy services, our experienced nursing care staff teams up with therapy staff to provide a comprehensive, short-term rehabilitation experience. We have a medical director, several partnering physicians, a nurse practitioner, and 24-hour staffing that includes registered nurses. We support many complex medical needs, including:

  • Wound care
  • Stroke recovery
  • Diabetes management
  • IV Therapy (including most types of central lines)
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Enteral/parenteral nutrition and other complex nutritional care
  • Cardiac care and rehabilitation
  • Pulmonology and respiratory care
  • Dialysis management

Individuals in need of short-term placement following a hospital stay can find the skilled nursing care and therapy services they require, along with many services and amenities:
